I'm not that into spindle spinning. So much so that I didn't even bring my spindle with me to the UK. But I'm considering making one with a CD and a dowel just so I can do this:
No longer a yarn store, and I often don't talk about yarn. But I do bake, travel, and attack wool with a needle.
Looks pretty cool, but it also looks like it could get really frustrating...fast!!! Me? I'd probably skip the spinning and see if I could buy the end product somewhere...from a creative spindle spinning fool!!! ^_^ Thanks for sharing this though. I'm always so in awe of the things people think of to do to keep their creative juices going!!
